At MD Selection we embrace transformation. We believe that meaningful implementation of Employment Equity is imperative to correct the demographic inequalities which continue to exist in the workplace, particularly at executive level.
Since 1996 we have been instrumental in the appointment of senior EE executives in the corporate community. We strive to eliminate tokenism on the part of the employer and selling oneself to the highest bidder - beyond one's level of competency - on the part of the employee.
We are committed to the BBBEE Process and strive to improve our level 4 contributor status (65% - 75%). Our scorecard thus far:
- we are an (almost) all-female enterprise
- we have 43% Employment Equity
- our preferential procurement currently stands at over 50%

We also contribute significantly to skills development. Our staff enjoys ongoing training, attending courses to develop and hone their technical and leadership skills.
We live by our commitment to transformation and in doing this we don't limit our efforts to our staff or to our clients
- We regularly mentor individuals on a pro bono basis and are associated with mentoring programmes for young Black professional women, developed by the Businesswomen's Association.
- In association with a number of support organisations and independently, we assist young entrepreneurs in starting up and developing their businesses, providing strategic insights and marketing, financial and systems advice.
